¡Hola! I’m Miguel Estrada, and I’m a bilingual multimedia journalist telling stories that transcend cultural boundaries. I was raised in Mexicali, a border city in Mexico, where I found my passion for languages, achieving fluency in English and French, along with my native Spanish. When I was 18, I immigrated to the United States and studied film production at UC Santa Cruz.

In my first post-college job at Vox Media in New York, I found journalism brought together my language and film production skills perfectly. I have built a career reporting in both English and Spanish to deliver news and features that matter to diverse audiences.

I currently work as a Bilingual Producer and Editor for NBCUniversal in Los Angeles. I strive to bring unique perspectives to the forefront, ensuring that every voice is heard and represented in the narratives I craft.
